We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As service providers, we are liable under Section 7(1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation. However, under Sections 8 to 10 of the TMG, we, as service providers, are not obliged to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove information or block access to it in accordance with general legislation remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the time knowledge of a specific infringement is acquired.

Should we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove the content in question immediately.

Liability for links

Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no control. We are therefore unable to accept any liability for this external content.
