Ideas Garage - (New) Work in Progress
The Ideas Garage is entering its 5th round! On 20 June, from 1 p.m., people will be tinkering, questioning and rethinking: all about the topic of (New) Work in Progress.
Flexible working hours, self-organisation, flat hierarchies and work-life blending:
"New work" is seen as the guiding principle of the modern working world. But how much of it is already a reality? And how much is still a vision? Between the search for meaning, economic stagnation, pressure to perform and the desire for genuine participation, the question arises: Is New Work itself perhaps still a work in progress?
In this year's Ideas Garage, we are opening up the workshop, taking out the ideas on the topic and working together on what work can and should be.
In various garages, we will look under the bonnet of the New Work concept, exchange perspectives and explore together what work could look like in the future. Look forward to ideas, discussions and spaces to think and help shape the future.
So: bonnet up, sleeves up and into the ideas garage.
The Ideas Garage is aimed at people who are socially, creatively and sustainably committed, who want to network with like-minded people and anyone with inspiring visions. We create space for your inventive spirit and want to move from thinking to doing together.
Highlights of the event:
- Garage moments: Together with founders*, companies and politicians, we will discuss the topic: "New Work: vision, buzzword or real change?- work between self-realisation, pressure to perform and economic reality"
- Ideas speed dating: Classic speed dating is a thing of the past. We will find the partner for your next project.
- Founders' consultation hour - "Bring your idea": You can present your idea to representatives of various start-up consultancies and get feedback.
- Start-up stands: Scholarship holders and participants from previous years will present their start-up ideas to you.
- Hands-on workshop: Here your little inventors can let off steam with various activities while you network with others.
