In this workshop, you’ll learn about the Business Model Canvas, a simple and tried-and-tested tool that helps you think through your idea in a structured way and get to the heart of it. Working together as a group, we’ll develop your concepts: you bring your ideas, and we’ll refine them together. We’ll look at who your target audience is, what added value you offer, and what you need to achieve that.
